35bd Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms carefully before using any service on this platform. By starting to use the service, you are considered to have agreed to all these terms.
1. General Provisions
These terms and conditions define the relationship between the 35bd platform and its users. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing bets, or using any other service through the 35bd website or mobile application, these terms apply automatically. Once a user begins using the service, they are considered to have given their consent to all these terms.
35bd reserves the right to change or amend these terms at any time. If a user continues to use the service after updated terms are published, they are considered to have agreed to the new terms. It is therefore advisable to review this page regularly.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
All services at 35bd are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. It is each user's responsibility to confirm they meet the 21+ age requirement. If an account belonging to a minor is found, it will be closed immediately and the associated balance will not be refunded.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, 35bd reserves the right to suspend all of them. Any bonuses earned from duplicate accounts will be cancelled.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
It is mandatory to provide correct name, mobile number, and other details at the time of registration. An account opened with incorrect or false information may be cancelled. Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process may result in withdrawals being held.
2.4 Account Security
It is the user's responsibility to keep their username and password confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately. Allowing a third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Methods
Deposits at 35bd can currently be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the user's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
3.2 Withdrawal Methods
Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, etc.). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
3.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Bonus wagering requirements must be met before making a withdrawal. If a bonus has been accepted, the withdrawal can only be made after placing bets worth 20 times the bonus amount. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a 100% bonus of ৳1,000, your balance becomes ৳2,000 — before withdrawing that ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 (৳1,000 × 20) in bets.
If any suspicious transactions are found in an account, 35bd reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals pending verification.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. If you deposit ৳10,200, the bonus will be ৳5,000 and your balance will be ৳15,200 — before withdrawing the bonus amount, you must place ৳1,00,000 (৳5,000 × 20) in bets.
4.2 Bonus Usage Rules
Bonuses can only be used for betting or casino games — they cannot be withdrawn directly. Multiple bonus offers cannot be combined at the same time. 35bd may change or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.
4.3 Preventing Misuse
If any attempt is made to misuse, manipulate, or take unfair advantage of bonuses, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended. In such cases, 35bd will not be obligated to return any account balance.
5. Betting Rules
5.1 Bet Acceptance
35bd reserves the right to accept or cancel any bet. Bets placed due to technical errors or incorrect odds may be cancelled, in which case the user's stake will be returned.
5.2 Match Fixing
Placing bets while involved in fixing any match or event is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and any associated winnings will be voided.
5.3 Bet Limits
Maximum and minimum bet limits apply to each market and may vary by market. 35bd may change bet limits at any time if needed.
5.4 Disputed Results
If there is a dispute over the result of any event, the announcement of the relevant authority will be considered final. 35bd's decision in such cases is binding.
6. VIP and Cashback Programme
35bd's VIP programme has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each level. Cashback is calculated from the total net loss for the week — that is, total losses minus total winnings.
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
For example, if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a given week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback. To move up to a higher level, regular activity and continued betting must be maintained.
35bd reserves the right to change VIP programme benefits or level criteria at any time and will endeavour to notify users as early as possible.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:
- Operating an account through fraudulent or deceptive means.
- Using automated bots or software to place bets.
- Using another person's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
- Using the service for money laundering or to conceal the source of unlawful funds.
- Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device.
- Intentionally placing opposing bets to obtain cashback or bonuses.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
If any of the above activities are detected, 35bd may close the account and seize the associated balance without prior notice.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Details on how 35bd collects, stores, and uses users' personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, the user also gives consent to that policy.
Account-related information is kept secure through SSL encryption. Personal information is not sold to third parties. However, information may be shared with relevant authorities when required by law or for fraud investigation purposes.
9. Responsible Gambling
35bd believes that gambling or betting should be done for entertainment purposes only. Please refrain from betting beyond your financial means. The Responsible Gaming guide contains detailed information on safe betting habits and setting limits.
If you feel that you or someone close to you is developing a gambling problem, contact the 35bd support team immediately. The option to set self-imposed limits or take a temporary break (cooling-off period) is available on your account.

10. Account Closure and Suspension
10.1 Closure at the User's Request
A user may request to close their account at any time. It is advisable to withdraw any remaining balance before making the request. Withdrawal may not be possible after the account has been closed.
10.2 Suspension by 35bd
35bd may suspend or close any account without notice due to a breach of terms, fraud, or technical issues. In such cases, whether any valid balance is returned will be reviewed and decided on a case-by-case basis.
10.3 Inactive Accounts
If there is no activity on an account for an extended period, it may be marked as inactive. The support team can provide information on the specific timeframes and process involved.
11. Technical Issues and Limitation of Liability
35bd strives to provide uninterrupted service. However, the service may be temporarily disrupted due to server maintenance, network issues, or unexpected technical faults. If a bet is adversely affected in such a situation, the relevant bet will be reviewed and a decision made.
If incorrect odds or incorrect amounts are displayed due to a technical error, 35bd reserves the right to cancel bets placed under those conditions. 35bd is not responsible for any bets missed due to loss of internet connection.
In the event of any dispute, the data and log records stored on 35bd's servers will be considered the final evidence.
12. Changes to Terms and Enforceability
These terms may be changed at any time. A notice will be posted on the website for significant changes. Continued use of the service after updated terms are published will be considered as acceptance of the new terms.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain fully in effect. The laws of Bangladesh will apply in the event of any dispute.
